The Holiday Wish SMS Terms & Conditions

The Holiday Wish SMS program is operated by The Holiday Wish Express.

Program and consent. By selecting the SMS opt-in option and submitting your mobile number, or completing another clearly disclosed SMS signup process, you expressly agree to receive recurring marketing text messages from The Holiday Wish Express at the number provided, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other automated technology.

Messages may include event announcements, ticket availability, special offers, and promotional reminders. 

Consent to receive marketing texts is optional and is not a condition of purchasing any goods, services, or tickets. Providing a telephone number for a purchase or support request alone does not enroll you in marketing texts.

Frequency and charges. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan. You are responsible for charges imposed by your wireless provider.

How to unsubscribe. Reply STOP to any marketing text to unsubscribe. You may receive a final message confirming your request. You may also contact hello@theholidaywish.com to request removal. We honor other clear, reasonable requests to stop messages as required by applicable law.

Help. Reply HELP for assistance or contact hello@theholidaywish.com.

Your mobile number. You confirm that you are the subscriber or authorized user of the mobile number provided. If you change or give up that number, please unsubscribe or notify us so we can update our records.

Availability. Message delivery depends on your wireless provider and network availability and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Program changes. We may change or discontinue the SMS program. Any material changes to these terms will be communicated as required by law. Changes will not expand your marketing consent without obtaining any additional consent required by law.
