The Holiday Wish is an interactive, light-filled event made to entertain and inspire every member of the family. The enchanted design and illumination transport guests with a wonder-filled immersive experience. This year featuring an interactive Train ride to the North Pole! Our luminous holiday feature areas beckon everyone to follow the magic of their wishes. Even more, this journey puts children on a quest to rekindle their love of the holidays by doing one thing: believing.

Holiday Wish takes place on the fifth floor (above Barnes & Noble) of Stamford Town Center Mall, located in the heart of Downtown Stamford, CT.

Holiday Wish is an immersive walk-through event that delivers sensory entertainment for all ages. The magic of the season is brought to life, glowing throughout 20,000 square feet of luminous experiences that capture the wonder of a spectacular holiday-themed village.

The Holiday Wish journey will likely last approximately 35 minutes. Guests are welcomed to partake in everything that the event has to offer and experience Holiday Wish at their own speed.

To ensure enough time for proper entry, please plan to arrive up to 15 minutes ahead of your reserved ticket time.
Yes, depending on availability. We recommend purchasing tickets here on our website.
Yes, merchandise will be for sale in Teddy’s House of Sweets.
ALL ages are welcome to attend our event and there is truly something to enjoy whether you are old or young.
Children under 2 years old are admitted free with paid adult/guardian.
All areas of Holiday Wish are on hard flat flooring accessible to reduced mobility patrons and wheelchairs, scooters. Handicap event parking is available within mall parking garage. Holiday Wish is located on the fifth floor of Stamford Town Center, accessible by elevator. Wheelchairs are available for use no charge at the mall security office, located on level 4. Wheelchairs are thoroughly sanitized prior to and after each use. Should you have a specific ADA accommodation request, please feel free to email us in advance here (info@theholidaywish.com) and we will be pleased to assist you or your party.
Only documented service dogs are permitted. Service animals should remain on a leash or in a harness and under the control of the owner at all times.
Flashing lighting is prevalent in areas of Holiday Wish. No strobe lighting is used. While an audio soundtrack accompanies you throughout Holiday Wish, there are no loud noises.
There are no restroom facilities located inside of Holiday Wish. Guests are welcomed to use Restrooms are located on Mall Levels 2, 5 and 7, prior to or after attending Holiday Wish.
Stamford Town Center garage has plenty of parking, with a pay station system. You can also pay for parking directly from your phone by through the ParkMobile App. Valet parking is open daily from 11am to midnight, located in the Plaza entrance at 230 Tresser Boulevard. Parking is free on Sundays.

All adult persons, bags, parcels, clothing and other items may be subject to screening/security checks by event staff

• Bags or backpacks, with or without wheels, larger than 24″ long x 15″ wide x 18″ high (61 cm x 38 cm x 46 cm).
• Firearms, ammunition, knives and weapons of any kind.
• Self-defense or restraining devices (e.g., pepper spray, mace)
• Objects or toys that appear to be firearms or weapons.
• Radios/Bluetooth speakers which may interfere with Holiday Wish guest experience.
• All outside food and drink is not allowed (except baby formula)
• Glass containers (excluding small containers such as baby food jars).
• Wheeled mobility devices with less than 3 wheels or devices that cannot maintain stability and balance when stopped, unpowered and/or unoccupied. 
• Animals/Pets (only documented assistance dogs are permitted)
 
Prohibited Activities

Guests must stay within all marked areas throughout Holiday Wish.  Anyone not adhering to following the indicated areas of event will be assisted by event reps.  Guests who repeatedly disregard this policy will removed from the event.
